Jason plays a key role in his position as Partner: Alternative Asset Management (Property) at Fedgroup. He leverages his extensive experience in project management, development, investment management, and structured property finance to oversee two key property funds and drives divisional strategy, including asset allocation, partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to enhance fund returns.
He joined Fedgroup in 2021, bringing over a decade of experience in investment management and property development, and currently serves as Executive Director of the Fedbond Fund and the Enhanced Property Finance Fund. Prior to this, Jason was an Investment Manager at a distinguished family-owned property development firm, where he was responsible for deploying an offshore property private equity strategy. During his career, he was actively involved in the development and project management of several property developments in Cape Town.
Jason completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science and B.Sc. (Honours) in Property Studies at the University of Cape Town. He also obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
